Introduction

The Collegiate Student Grievance Redressal Committee has been formed in our college to settle genuine grievances of students and staff up to a satisfaction level so as to create a healthy learning & working environment and a healthy relationship among the students and staff. The grievance will include any matter (academic or non-academic) relation to student and staff. This is also to ensure transparency in all activities at different stages.

Rules/Guidelines

(1) The Aggrieved member should submit his/her grievances by writing in a paper and submit it to any members the Committee.
(2) The Aggrieved member should also put in a suggestion/complaint box installed in the administrative building.
(3) The Aggrieved member should also lodge his/her complaint through the online portal.
(4) The complaints are scrutinized and resolved by the Committee.
(5) Complaints are treated with strict confidentiality.

Establishment of a Grievance Redressal Committee

In order to comply with the Notification of UGC (Redress of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2019 for addressing, student or Parent’s grievance, Collegiate Student Grievance Redressal Committee (CSGRC) of Mizoram Hindi Training College has been constituted with following Staff in different positions to enquire the nature and extent of grievance. The committee can suggest the final action to be initiated at the institutional level for the redressal of the same.
